The rooms are great value for money, well-equipped with clean bathrooms, and the staff is caring and hospitable, plus the breakfast is satisfactory.

The food was great with lots of alternatives. The most important was the staff - caring and attentive people. The hotel's location was central, to Windsor castle. And it was also right by Fines Bayliwick, and restaurants at the Lexicon complex. ...

The room had a nice sofa, a lovely four poster bed, and a separate shower cubicle, plus the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

It was a nice quiet hotel set in lovely gardens.Within easy reach of surrounding area's such as Maidstone & Reading and not far from London.The rooms are comfortable as were the beds, plenty of complimentary beverages and with a lot of choice....  

Everything was very good, the parking was on site, the room was well-equipped and neat. I stayed in the room that was well kept and clean and available with three single beds. The personnel was...  

The place was spotlessly clean with free parking and a very clean bed. the staff were very very helpful, had a great attitude. - the service was great and the food was fab. - the hotel's location was peaceful, close to restaurants at the Lexicon complex, very nice and the center.

This place is housed in a beautiful Edwardian building with spacious rooms offering great value and three single beds.

Mnager, Sunni, was very welcoming. Dining room had lovely decor.

Water damage on bathroom cieling and subsequent damp smell. Microwaved croisants on a £10 continental breakfast!

The room was open on arrival,someone had been using the room, the cup provided had been used and left on the sink, the biscuits had been eaten. Also, the toilet had been used where the seat was left up and someone had urinated on the floor. I will not be staying here again.

This place is super clean and really nice, plus the staff are incredibly helpful. It's in a great spot, close to the town center and all the things you need, like a restaurant and a lovely lake 🌟.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The owner, Mr Sundeep, was very hospitable and helpful. The stay too was very comfortable, and the facilities were good too. I appreciate his warm attitude, and would look forward to stay again

Nothing in particular, just that the housekeeping staff were indifferent in their approach. I would reqeust the owner the train the staff to be warm and courteous, as it will enhance the prestige of the hotel. Also, the bed lamps were not checked and one of them was not working. I found the room a bit chilly too, in spite of putting on the heater.

The hotel is a little tired and is in need of refurbishment. My room was seriously in need of updating.
